Ghiwa Sayegh is an anarcha-queer writer, independent publisher, and editor from Beirut. They are the founding editor of Kohl, a journal for Body and Gender Research and the co-founder of Intersectional Knowledge Publishers. They are currently pursuing a PhD in gender studies and philosophy at Université Paris 8 Vincennes – Saint-Denis. Their first book is forthcoming in the "Sorcières" collection of Cambourakis Press.

Carlos Kong is a writer and art historian living in Berlin. He is a joint-PhD candidate in Art History at Princeton University and in Film Studies at the Johannes Gutenberg University of Mainz, where he is completing his dissertation, “Post-Migrant Fabulation: Queer Afterlives of Turkish German Migration in Contemporary Art and Film after 1989.” He researches contemporary art and film from Europe through the SWANA region, with a focus on Germany and Turkey, and specific interests in queerness, (post)migrant and minority cultures, geopolitics, and the archive. He has co-curated programs at HKW, Moderna Galerija (Ljubljana), and Independent Curators International (New York), and was a visiting writer at B7L9 Art Station in Tunis.

Mahmoud Khaled studied Fine Arts at the Alexandria University in Egypt (2004) and holds an MFA from Trondheim University in Norway . His work spans video, photography, sculpture, installation, sound and text. His solo shows include “Fantasies on a Found Phone, Dedicated to the Man Who Lost it”, The Mosaic Rooms, London (Upcoming in June 2022) “I Want You to Know That I am Hiding Something from You”, Helena Anrather, New York (2018) and many others. In 2012 Khaled was awarded the Videobrasil in Context Prize, and in 2016 he was shortlisted for the Abraaj Art Prize. He is also a recipient of the DAAD fellowship for 2020. He lives and works in Berlin.
